Job summary

FreedomPay is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Lodging Account Manager to own strategic relationships and drive growth across hotel brands and multi-unit operators.

You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Operations to expand adoption, deliver outcomes, and identify cross-sell opportunities. Travel about 30-40% to engage executives and ensure long-term account health.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Strategic Account Management, Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting the lodging industry.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in payments, fintech, SaaS, or commerce technology.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships for a portfolio of enterprise lodging customers.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to align on goals, delivery, adoption, and engagement strategy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives across operations, IT, payments, and digital teams.
