HUB International is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to manage and grow the most complex major market employee benefits clients (5,000+ lives). You will act as the lead technical consultant, guiding plan design, funding strategy, and negotiations while mentoring junior teams.

The role emphasizes retention, executive communications, and cross-functional collaboration within HUB’s extensive benefits practice.

Qualifikationen

• Active Life & Health License is required.
• 5+ years of employee benefits account management or consulting experience.
• Ability to design complex multi-phased plans incl. Rx carveouts, data/utilization-based solutions, well-being, and cost mitigation.
• Proven ability to retain and grow complex, high-revenue client accounts.
• Strong communication, including executive-level presentations.

Aufgaben

• Lead consultant for the most complex major market accounts with focus on retention and client satisfaction.
• Design and negotiate plan designs, funding strategies, and carrier marketplace strategies.
• Mentor Account Executives, Account Managers, and CSS colleagues to drive team development.
• Support cross-sell and up-sell of HUB products and services to large groups.
