You will build planning tools, dashboards, and governance standards, translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership. This role blends finance, operations, and retail execution in a hybrid NYC setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Advanced Excel skills; manage large data sets, build trackers, reporting tools, and synthesize information.
• Strong financial acumen; experience with budgets, invoices, forecasts, reconciliations, accruals.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, governance, and operational management of Store Experience and CAPEX investments.
• Lead budget planning, forecasting, reconciliation, retailer billing, and financial reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Production, Store Design, and Retailer teams to manage governance and investment tracking.
• Maintain visibility into project commitments, spend, forecasts, and risks with reporting and recommendations.
• Support evolution of CAPEX governance and ROI measurement.
• Lead inventory planning and operational readiness for permanent merchandising and assets.
