Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Senior Manager, Boutique Transformation Excellence to lead and optimize boutique network transformation, driving governance, communications, and policy oversight across the US retail ecosystem.

You will manage the Fashion Retail Activity Calendar, partner with Fashion Tech, and deliver end-to-end editorial execution, ensuring consistent information flow and alignment between corporate and boutique teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail communications or store operations, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Strong project management skills with digital tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize boutique network transformation programs across US retail.
• Governance for US Fashion Retail policies and procedures.
• Oversee editorial and communications for Retail Leadership, including a weekly digest.
• Partner cross-functionally with Corporate and Retail teams to drive adoption of new processes.
