Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Senior Manager, Fashion Retail Tech Strategy to lead strategic technology initiatives for the US boutique network. You will own a portfolio of high-impact programs, from shaping through execution, delivering modern digital tools and optimized retail operations for boutique teams and clients.

You will drive flagship projects such as next-generation POS rollout, AI-enabled labor scheduling tools, and broader technology-enabled optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project and program management in retail or retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with Tech teams and vendors; ensure on-time delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Define program scope, objectives, and KPIs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and a coherent solution vision.
• Guide solution design decisions with Tech, aligning with retail priorities.
• Communicate progress, risks, and achievements to senior leadership.
