Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations to drive financial governance and planning for the Fragrance & Beauty CAPEX & Store Experience team in the U.S. retail network.

You will align budgets, inventory, data, and performance to enable strategic investment decisions and stronger execution across boutiques, department stores, and specialty retailers. You will partner cross-functionally to ensure in-store environments are operationally feasible, consistent with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large data sets.
• Strong financial acumen across budgets, forecasts, reconciliations and invoices.
• Highly analytical with retail, merchandising, CAPEX, supply chain or operations exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, reconciliation, retailer billing, and reporting for Store Experience and CAPEX investments.
• Maintain investment tracking, budget governance, and ROI measurement frameworks for capital planning.
• Lead inventory planning and readiness for permanent merchandising, POS elements, and store environment assets.
• Own governance and data integrity of the Merchandising Database; partner with IT to enhance platform functionality and reporting.
• Develop KPI reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready insights to evaluate performance and impact of store investments.
• Partner with Finance, Production, Store Design, Merchandise Planning, Supply Planning, Field teams, and external vendors.
