Job summary

Panerai North America is seeking a Sr Manager, Store Development & Planning to lead retail development projects from site evaluation through construction and opening.

You will manage schedules, budgets, partners, and ongoing boutique and shop-in-shop needs while coordinating with design, architecture, and operations teams across North America. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and travel up to 30% to support luxury boutique launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of store design, construction management, or related field.
• Experience with architects, general contractors, millworkers, and materials suppliers.
• Expertise in construction materials, methods, schedules, costs, budgets, drawings, codes, and permitting.
• Strong ownership, negotiation, communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%; luxury goods experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential locations and develop project budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate design development with internal teams, architects, consultants, contractors, and partners.
• Lead bidding, permitting, construction, and closeout for multiple retail projects.
• Track project costs, process invoices, and coordinate owner-supplied items.
• Support store maintenance, visual merchandising installations, and pop-up projects as needed.
