Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Store Development & Planning to lead store planning and development projects across the Americas, from feasibility and design through construction and turnover. You will coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, and partners to deliver retail projects on time, within budget, and to luxury standards.

You will analyze locations, manage budgets, oversee design reviews, and lead pre-construction activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in store design or construction management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.
• Expertise in construction materials, methods, schedules, costs, and budgets.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting, ADA, energy, and related compliance requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and to work at least four days per week in the New York office.
