Job summary

Vacheron Constantin is seeking a Senior Manager of Store Development & Planning to lead the design, development, and execution of luxury retail spaces. You will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and architects from feasibility through turnover, ensuring design intent and budgets are met across the Americas.

The role requires strong project management, detailed knowledge of codes and permits, and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of store design, construction management, or related experience.
• Inhouse store planning experience preferred.
• Fluent in AutoCAD, Excel, Adobe CS and Microsoft Project and Powerpoint.
• Deep knowledge of building codes, permits, ADA, energy and related compliance regulations.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week in the New York office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential locations and develop budgets and timelines.
• Lead design and development with internal and external design teams & architects.
• Lead identifying project architects and manage bidding to meet budget and quality.
• Oversee construction management for multiple retail projects per year across the Americas.
• Track costs, process invoices with Finance, and maintain status reports; travel up to 30%.
