Job summary

AWS is seeking a Storage Specialist Solutions Architect to join the Startups and SMB team. You will act as a SME for AWS storage, guiding large-scale cloud solutions and accelerating adoption of advanced services across enterprise customers.

You’ll collaborate with field architects, produce white papers and reference architectures, and help drive secure, cost-efficient migrations to the AWS cloud with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology experience in cloud, security, networking, data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on AWS storage services for account teams and customers.
• Represent the voice of the customer; bring feedback to product teams to influence roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to unblock customers’ largest business challenges.
• Deploy storage and data strategies with technical depth and business experience.
• Share best practices through forums, blogs, reference architectures and events.
• Partner with Sales Specialist teams to define technical components for GTM concepts.
• Develop and support an internal AWS SME community worldwide.
• Create field enablement materials to help the broader SA population integrate AWS solutions.
