Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud architecture (preferred).
• Experience in technology/software sales, pre‑sales, or consulting (preferred).
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on AWS storage services for customers and field organization.
• Represent the voice of the customer by relaying feedback to product teams to influence features and roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to unblock customers’ largest business challenges.
• Deploy storage and data strategies using technical depth and business experience.
• Share best practices through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and events such as AWS Summit or re:Invent.
• Develop technical components for Go to Market concepts and initiatives with Sales Specialist teams.
• Create internal communities of technical SMEs worldwide and field enablement materials for the SA population.
