Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Storage Specialist Solutions Architect to join our Startups & SMB team. You will be the SME for AWS storage services, collaborating with customers to design sophisticated storage solutions and enable large-scale cloud adoption.

You will partner with field teams, craft white papers and reference architectures, and influence product direction while helping customers tackle complex technical challenges with security-first approaches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains such as software, cloud or infrastructure.
• 3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years IT development or implementation in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on AWS storage services for account teams and customers.
• Represent the voice of the customer; influence feature development and product roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to unblock critical business challenges.
• Deploy storage and data strategies with technical depth and business experience.
• Share best practices through blogs, whitepapers, and reference architectures.
• Partner with Sales Specialist teams to define Go to Market concepts and initiatives.
• Develop and support an internal AWS technical SME community worldwide.
• Create enablement materials to help field SA teams integrate AWS solutions.
