Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs decontamination and assembling of complex surgical trays and instruments.
• Sterilizes instruments per manufacturer instructions and department policies.
• Identifies and prioritizes sterile products based on the OR schedule.
• Ensures consistent workflow between the OR and Sterile Processing while delivering customer service.
• Reviews and improves sterilization processes using monitoring systems and protocols.
