Jobgether is seeking a Sr State Product Analyst in the United States to drive state-level product strategy and profitable growth in personal lines insurance. You will partner with State Managers to analyze financial performance, monitor market trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations for strategic decisions.

You will support rate revisions, track KPIs, and contribute to quarterly forecasting while coordinating across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• At least 3 years in property and casualty (P&C) insurance or related field.
• Progress toward CPCU, AU, CIC, INS, ARM, actuarial exams or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of analytical tools, underwriting methods and performance measurement.
• Strong with Microsoft Office and financial analysis/reporting software.
• Ability to translate data into practical recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Analyze financial performance and market trends to inform state strategies.
• Support rate revisions with documentation and evaluations.
• Review competitor filings and gather market intelligence.
• Consolidate and communicate competitor information for pricing strategies.
• Review monthly P&L with State Managers to identify variances and trends.
• Monitor progress toward financial and business objectives, including CR/LR and retention.
• Identify opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments for growth.
• Partner with State Managers to implement state-specific profitability plans.
• Monitor insurance quoting activity, conversion rates, and product effectiveness.
• Prepare financial info for quarterly state forecasting and planning.
• Ensure source data is correctly reflected in reporting and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to support initiatives.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports and updates for State Management.
