Job summary

The Hartford in the United States is seeking a Sr Product Analyst to support the Product Management Regional Team across the Northeast region, participating in rate revisions, performance deep dives, and compliance tasks.

You will collaborate with Product Managers and other analysts, with exposure to Pricing Analytics, Underwriting, Claims, and Sales, delivering analyses and recommendations to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property & Casualty analytics and/or product experience with data analysis focus.
• Intermediate Excel; experience with BI tools such as Business Objects, ThoughtSpot or TM1 preferred.
• Ability to evaluate data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborative, able to present to peers and senior management when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis and recommendations impacting growth and profitability across multiple distribution channels for a state or region.
• Work with Product Region Lead on activities that drive results and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build and leverage relationships with Pricing Analytics, Underwriting, Claims, and other partner areas.
• Own responsibilities for 2–3 states within the Northeast Region.
