Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Sr State Product Analyst - Personal Lines to support data-driven decision making for profit growth. This role collaborates with State Managers, analyzes P&L, monitors performance metrics, and communicates results effectively. A bachelor’s degree and 3 years in P&C insurance with data analysis are preferred.

The position may span multiple states in the lower 48 U.S. states. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in related field.
• Three years of experience in property and casualty insurance or related area and data analysis experience preferred.
• Knowledge of analytical tools and performance measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and provide recommendations to State Management.
• Review monthly P&L statements and reports with State Managers to identify variances and trends.
• Monitor progress toward financial goals and identify actions for profitable growth.
• Coordinate communication across functions and complete ad hoc requests for State Managers.
