Great American Insurance Group seeks a Senior Product Analyst/Product Specialist to support the ISO Businessowners product. You will analyze data, maintain policy forms, and collaborate across units to craft compliant product solutions and pricing strategies.

This hybrid role balances in-office collaboration with remote work, emphasizing timely, accurate deliverables and relationship building within a diverse insurance team.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–9 years of related underwriting or product experience.
• Two or more years of product experience.

Mansioni

• Maintain ISO BOP product materials (forms, notices, disclosures).
• Help develop innovative products to drive premium growth and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Actuarial, Claims, Data and Legal teams on product specs, pricing, and policy language to ensure compliance.
• Develop product and rate revisions, manuals and procedures.
• Manage filings review/approval and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with IT to prioritize system enhancements for efficiency.
• Lead training and communications on product/rate changes for staff.
• Monitor regulatory publications and provide actionable recommendations.
