Qualifications include experience hiring virtual assistants, a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business, and proven full-cycle recruitment experience. Strong English communication and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

Must have experience hiring virtual assistants or worked with a staffing agency offering VA services.
Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or similar field.
Proven experience in talent sourcing and full-cycle recruitment; recruitment marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, sourcing platforms, social media, and other channels.
Conduct interviews, screening, and onboarding across functions to match top candidates with job descriptions.
Process candidates by verifying references and sending offer letters to hire top-quality applicants.
Update ATS with candidate statuses, onboarding progress, and talent pipelines; coordinate with managers.
