Job summary

Wing is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our remote team and help build a high-quality candidate pipeline for US hiring. You will screen candidates, manage the full recruitment cycle, and coordinate interviews with clients and field teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and strong English communication. IT proficiencies and a proactive, tech-savvy mindset are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1–3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience hiring US candidates is required.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with Asana, Handshake, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work graveyard shift.
Experience with MS Office, Google Calendar, and online calendars.

Responsibilities

Develops a strong candidate pipeline and reduces time to hire.
Screen and vet candidates for fit and skills.
Manage full-cycle recruitment including resume reviews, phone interviews, offers and negotiations.
Open and close requisitions in the ATS.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with field teams and clients.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements.
