Job summary

Wingman Group PTY LTD is seeking a Candidate Experience Specialist to support our talent acquisition team. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring candidates have a smooth and positive experience from application to onboarding.

The role involves coordinating high-volume activities, screening resumes, and maintaining clear candidate communications. You will use our ATS, source via LinkedIn, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition support, or HR administration.
• Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Hands-on experience screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
• Proficient in using an ATS and sourcing candidates via LinkedIn.
• Strong written and spoken English with excellent attention to detail.
• Good stakeholder management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support high-volume recruitment activities across multiple vacancies.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Post job ads on relevant platforms and manage candidate communications.
• Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and provide updates.
• Support recruitment for a variety of roles, from administrative to professional positions.
