Wing Assistant is seeking a Recruitment/HR Assistant (Full time) to support HR consultants across client accounts in healthcare, nonprofit, and multi-unit industries. This remote role focuses on onboarding, offboarding, and HR document work with AI tools, while maintaining accurate data across HRIS and payroll platforms.

You will assist with posting jobs, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and running background checks, while collaborating with a team in Pacific Time.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years HR administration or HR assistant experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP, Gusto, Paylocity or similar).
• Ability to write SOPs and process documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Recruiting support: post jobs, screen applicants, schedule interviews, update ATS.
• Reference checks, background checks, license verification as needed.
• Onboarding coordination: offer letters, I-9s, HRIS setup, checklists.
• Offboarding: process separation papers, update HRIS and records.
• Create HR documents: descriptions, letters, policies using templates/AI.
• Draft SOPs and process guides for client HR workflows.
