Signify Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade software powering clinician‑facing experiences and performance management. You will architect highly distributed, scalable systems and set technical direction across the team.

You will mentor colleagues, adopt modern technologies, and collaborate with multiple groups to deliver value in quarterly cycles. This role requires strong communication and 7–10 years of experience in software engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years of work experience in software engineering.
• Experience with multi‑language stacks and modern front‑end technologies.
• Strong SQL and RDBMS knowledge (SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
• Experience building large‑scale distributed systems in production.
