Signify Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade software powering clinician experiences and performance management. Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software engineering: problem solving, data structures, algorithms, patterns, concurrency.
• Experience as a polyglot software engineer across multiple languages such as C++, C#, Java, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python.
• 6+ months using AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and code quality.
• Experience with full-stack development to ship and operate large-scale systems.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Designing and operating large-scale distributed systems end-to-end in production.
• Experience with modern front-end tech (React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS/JS) and full-stack patterns.
• Strong cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Clear communication and ability to travel quarterly or as needed.
• 7–10 years of work experience; growth mindset, collaboration, execution, BI.
