Job summary

Signify Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade software powering clinician-facing experiences and performance management. You will architect highly distributed systems, set technical direction, and raise engineering standards through mentorship and collaboration.

Requirements include 7–10 years of experience, polyglot programming, strong SQL, and cloud proficiency. Travel quarterly is expected; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software engineering with problem solving and data structures.
• Experience as a polyglot engineer across several languages.
• 6+ months using AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity.
• Experience shipping large-scale, full-stack systems with SQL knowledge.
• Deep experience designing and operating distributed systems in production.
• Proficiency with modern frontend tech and cloud vendors (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and willingness to travel quarterly.
