Job summary

Signify Health seeks a hands-on Staff Software Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade software powering clinician experiences and performance management. You will architect scalable systems, set technical direction, and mentor peers while collaborating across teams and vendors.

You will lead full-stack development, apply AI-assisted tools, and drive improvements in reliability, testing, and deployment. A Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software engineering: problem solving, data structures, algorithms, patterns, concurrency.
• Experience with multiple languages: C++, C#, Java, Golang, Javascript, Typescript, Python.
• 6+ months using AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and code quality.
• Experience with full-stack development to ship and operate large-scale systems.
• Strong SQL skills and RDBMS experience (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Deep experience designing, building and operating large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Experience with modern front-end tech (React, TS, HTML/CSS/JS) and full-stack patterns.
• Strong cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Clear communication and ability to travel quarterly or as needed.
• 7-10 years of work experience with problem solving, collaboration, growth mindset and delivery.
• Experience with business intelligence.
