Signify Health in the United States is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade software powering clinician-facing experiences and clinician performance management.

In this hands-on role you will architect highly distributed systems, set technical direction across teams, mentor engineers, drive modern front-end and back-end integrations, and deliver value through iterative, customer-focused releases.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with multiple programming languages (C++, Java, Python, etc.).
• Proficiency with full-stack development for large-scale systems.
• Strong SQL and relational DB experience (SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
• Extensive experience designing and operating distributed systems.
