Qualifications

• 12+ years of security engineering experience across offensive and defensive security.
• Demonstrated impact by innovating with AI in Security Operations.
• Proven track record of senior leadership at the Staff/Principal level.
• Deep expertise in application security and modern software architecture.
• Strong threat detection and security operations background.
• Informed view on AI in security and its impact on attack surfaces.
• Proficiency with cloud security and large-scale detection pipelines.
• Exceptional technical communication at exec and engineering levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AI tech lead for offensive and defensive security functions.
• Lead offensive security research to identify and close critical attack surfaces.
• Architect and build next-generation defensive capabilities beyond static detection.
• Drive AI-forward security strategy and synthetic workforce scaling.
• Identify emerging AI-related threat patterns and translate into defenses.
• Set technical standards and mentor Security Operations engineers.
