Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketplace Business Operations Program Manager to oversee day-to-day functions across our marketplace and e-commerce platforms.

You will drive scalable systems, support growth initiatives, and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with multiple teams to implement operational rigor, optimize billing and fulfillment for key accounts, and explore automation opportunities using AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketplace or e-commerce operations, strategy, or program management.
• Generalist with ability to tackle diverse projects
• Highly organized with strong internal urgency
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Manage operational functions critical to day-to-day business
• Build scalable systems to replace manual processes and enable growth
• Lead large-scale business transformation projects from start to finish
• Partner with other functions to establish operational rigor and cadences
• Oversee bespoke billing and fulfillment programs for key accounts
• Leverage AI and automation to improve processes wherever possible
