Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Engineering Manager to lead the team behind PSA Set Registry, a flagship experience for collectors to organize and celebrate PSA-graded collections. You will oversee architecture decisions and drive the end-to-end software lifecycle.

You will mentor engineers, promote best practices, and collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused software at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience architecting systems (service-oriented, event-driven, distributed, cloud).
• 5+ years building solutions on AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway).
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on development in modern APIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, development, and delivery of high-quality software products from concept to production.
• Lead public-facing web and mobile apps used by a global collector community.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
