Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional programs across engineering, product, design, and operations.

You will translate complex requirements into actionable roadmaps, drive milestones, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with business goals. This role offers hybrid or remote work options within the United States and opportunities to scale PSA Ops supporting global growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management and/or technical program management in an agile setting.
• Experience with hardware, logistics, manufacturing or operationally intensive products is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum and work management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product, and Business stakeholders to shape and prioritize plans.
• Drive high-priority initiatives with clear business and technology objectives.
• Communicate milestones and deliverables to stakeholders with clarity.
• Develop training and educational programs to improve organizational practices.
• Design scalable processes that give autonomy to development teams while standardizing where needed.
• Break down complex problems and drive execution with proactive problem solving.
• Improve automation and process efficiencies across initiatives.
• Support roadmap prioritization with stakeholders and manage multi-team dependencies.
• Assist in scaling our developer operations globally to new heights.
• Understand and advocate for the customer throughout the lifecycle.
