Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a strategically minded FP&A Manager to join the Corporate Finance & Strategy team.

You will drive planning, forecasting, and executive reporting from our Santa Ana, CA headquarters or remotely from San Francisco, CA, helping steer growth investments and efficiency initiatives. You will own the AOP, long-range planning, and quarterly forecast, partnering with leaders across the organization.

Formación

• End-to-end planning and forecasting experience with budgeting and variance analysis.
• Ability to partner with functions and hold stakeholders to plan.
• Strong financial modeling and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly planning cycles.
• Support long-range planning and scenario analysis for growth investments.
• Own monthly/quarterly close analytics and executive reporting.
• Manage headcount planning and Workday data integrity.
• Administer Adaptive Insights and improve planning processes.
