Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a Sr. Staff Nurse to lead the interdisciplinary hospice care team across Palm Beach County. This role centers on mentoring staff and coordinating clinical operations to ensure compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care.

Ideal candidates will hold Florida RN licensure, BLS, and possess supervisory experience or hospice exposure. A commitment to Full Life Care and a mission-driven culture is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience is a plus.
• One year of supervisory experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
• Adequate and reliable transportation with valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Care Team Manager to coordinate and support daily team operations and clinical functions.
• Provide leadership in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities and initiatives.
• Conduct supervisory visits and participate in other quality and compliance activities as assigned.
• Serve as a first-line clinical resource for nursing staff and hospice aides, offering guidance, consultation, and support.

What You'll Need
