Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a Sr. Staff Nurse to lead and mentor the interdisciplinary hospice care team in Palm Beach County. The role supports compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care and coordinates daily operations with the Care Team Manager.

The position requires FL RN licensure, BLS, and prior hospice and supervisory experience. Strong EMR skills and reliable transportation are essential to serve our Full Life Care mission.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Florida (FL).
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills and EMR experience.
• Adequate transportation with valid FL license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Care Team Manager to coordinate daily team operations and clinical functions.
• Provide leadership in QAPI activities and initiatives.
• Conduct supervisory visits and participate in quality and compliance activities.

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Sr. Staff Nurse to serve as a clinical leader and mentor within the interdisciplinary hospice care team, supporting the delivery of compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care in the Palm Beach County Area.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Care Team Manager to coordinate and support daily team operations and clinical functions.
• Provide leadership in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities and initiatives.
• Conduct supervisory visits and participate in other quality and compliance activities as assigned.
• Serve as a first-line clinical resource for nursing staff and hospice aides, offering guidance, consultation, and support.

What You'll Need

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience is a plus.
• One year of supervisory experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
• Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida driver’s license.
