Job summary

Trustbridge is seeking a Sr. Staff Nurse to lead and mentor the interdisciplinary hospice care team in Palm Beach County. You will support high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care and coordinate daily clinical operations with the Care Team Manager.

The role emphasizes quality improvement (QAPI) leadership, supervisory visits, and acting as a clinical resource for nursing staff and aides. Florida RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Florida (FL RN).
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
• Minimum 2 years of Hospice experience is a plus.
• One year of supervisory experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
• Adequate and reliable transportation with valid Florida driver’s license.

• Collaborate with Care Team Manager to coordinate daily team operations and clinical functions.
• Provide leadership in QAPI activities and initiatives.
• Conduct supervisory visits and participate in quality/compliance activities.

What you'll do:
