Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a Senior Staff Nurse to serve as clinical leader and mentor within the interdisciplinary hospice care team in North East Broward County, FL. As a senior nurse, you will collaborate with the Care Team Manager to coordinate daily operations, provide leadership in QAPI activities, and supervise nursing staff and hospice aides.

Florida RN license and BLS required; hospice experience and supervisory background are a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensed in Florida.
• BLS Certification.
• Minimum 2 years hospice experience is preferred.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency with EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Care Team Manager to coordinate daily operations.
