Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate Inpatient RN for our West Palm Beach inpatient care center. The role is part-time/PRN with a 7:00–19:30 shift and weekend availability, focusing on end-of-life care coordination and family support.

You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, perform patient assessments, manage care plans, and educate families to enhance comfort and dignity during challenging times.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current Florida license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in hospice or end-of-life care preferred.
• Understanding of case management, crisis intervention, and teaching needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient and family care with physician and IDG.
• Assess patients and family needs thoroughly.
