Job summary

Empath Health, through Trustbridge Hospice, is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to lead nursing teams and support daily clinical operations in a hospice setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Care Team Manager, QAPI leadership, and frontline mentoring for staff within the hospice interdisciplinary team.

Florida-licensed RNs with BLS certification are required; hospice and supervisory experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Florida (RN) is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years Hospice experience is a plus.
• One year supervisory experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience are a plus.
