You will define, develop and run tests, analyze data, and report findings to cross-functional groups to drive product and process improvements. Collaboration with process, reliability, and manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• PhD required in EE, applied physics, or materials science with 6+ years experience.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor device physics and nano-electronics.
• Experience with ML/AI for data analysis is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop NAND memory trim and push performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with NAND design and system teams for tech/product development.
• Define and execute NAND flash memory performance tests and analyze data.
• Coordinate with process, design, reliability, and system groups for qualification and ramp.
• Work at hub between storage business units, technology development, and manufacturing.
