Job summary

Sandisk seeks an experienced system-level test engineer to lead development and qualification of test solutions for advanced NAND technologies. You will drive cross-functional efforts across Product and Test Engineering, align with customer expectations, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective product delivery.

The role requires strong expertise in PCIe, memory testing, DFT, and automation, with hands-on skills in oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 6+ years of experience in memory or system-level product/test engineering
• Experience applying knowledge of Product Engineering and Product Development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for global cross-functional teams
• Ability to lead a team, make quick decisions, and solve complex problems
• Solid understanding of PCIe, System Architecture, ASIC, and NAND flash operation at device level
• Experience with DFT, data analysis, scripting (Python/C/C++) and memory/test tooling
• Hands-on experience in system and memory testing with oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product-level test solutions meeting cost and quality targets
• Design-for-test and design-for-debug methodologies to improve coverage
• Oversee test program, flow, and data collection from NPI to mass production across geographies
• Investigate qualification and yield issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Build and support scalable test software infrastructure for automation and AI-assisted flows
• Develop methods to deliver ATE test programs, validation and debug activities
• Analyze test data and communicate status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders
