Qualifications

• Ph.D. required in a technical discipline (EE, materials science, physics) or closely related field.
• Strong fundamentals in device physics, fabrication, electrical characterization, and reliability.
• Experience with cutting-edge memory technologies is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead technology development initiatives for next‑gen NAND and memory devices.
• Define architectures, scaling strategies, and process innovations for advanced memory products.
• Characterize NAND devices and analyze performance, endurance, retention, and reliability.
• Develop device trims and operating conditions to improve memory performance and power efficiency.
• Collaborate across device, process, design, and system teams to transition concepts from research to development.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and long‑term planning for flash memory.
