Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a design engineer in Milpitas, CA to design, develop, modify and evaluate chip architecture and core/analog/data path circuits for high-performance NAND flash, including new 3D NAND memories. Qualifications

• MS or BS in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge/experience in non-volatile memory design (NAND flash) is a big advantage.
• Strong design & device background; evaluating new process technologies.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
• Self-motivated, able to work with others and as part of a team.
• Ability to troubleshoot and multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify and evaluate chip architecture and Core/Analog/Data Path circuits for high-performance NAND flash.
• Evaluate circuits via HSPICE, PRIMESIM and VERILOG simulations and silicon evaluation when available.
