What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise in building and maintaining a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake to support FP&A processing and analytics
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to establish a vision and technology roadmap for the Finance Data Lake/Warehouse
- Lead design sessions and ensure systems are efficient and meet business expectations
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications
- Support the implementation of a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Deep understanding of Finance functions and experience with Finance Data Lakes/Warehouses
- Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent education or work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major vendors (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- Experience implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions with tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Solid understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling
- Strong problem-solving abilities and project management knowledge
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
