What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise in building and maintaining a Finance Data Warehouse to support FP&A processing and analytics
- Collaborate with Finance Leaders and Technology teams to align strategies for finance data management
- Lead design sessions to ensure systems meet business expectations and are efficient
- Analyze business specifications and translate them into technical requirements for data solutions
- Support the implementation of a governance framework for SOX and audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of experience with Finance Systems and industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of data processing and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica or DBT
- Deep understanding of FP&A budgeting, planning, and financial reporting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience implementing revenue or expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound understanding of project management methodologies
