What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise in building and maintaining a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake to support FP&A processing and analytics
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to establish a comprehensive strategy for the Finance Data Warehouse
- Lead design sessions to ensure efficient and effective systems that meet business needs
- Analyze business specifications and translate them into technical requirements for data solutions
- Support the implementation of a governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, DBT, etc.
- Deep understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent education or work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across teams
