What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise in building and maintaining a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake to support FP&A processing and analytics
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to establish a technology roadmap for Finance data management
- Lead design sessions to ensure systems are efficient and meet business expectations
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications for system solutions
- Support the implementation of governance frameworks for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT
- Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret process and functional needs into system solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse and various Financial Reporting tools
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong understanding of Accounting processes and reporting expectations
