What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance Leaders and technology teams to establish a vision and roadmap for a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Lead design sessions and ensure systems meet business expectations and are efficient
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications
- Support the implementation of a governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews
- Develop project roadmaps aligned with business objectives and resource availability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT
- Deep understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with leaders across Technology and Finance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Solid understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling
- Strong problem-solving abilities and project management experience
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
