What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to drive the development of a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle to ensure system efficiency and design
- Support the establishment of a technology roadmap for building out a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications for system solutions
- Implement and maintain solutions for data ingestion and transformation projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT
- Good understanding of FP&A budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with users across Technology and Finance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with cloud data solutions like Delta Lake, Snowflake, or Redshift
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies
- Experience in implementing or supporting revenue or expense analytical solutions
