What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise in building, maintaining, and supporting a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to set the strategy for Finance data management
- Lead design sessions to ensure efficient system design that meets business expectations
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications for system solutions
- Support the implementation of governance frameworks for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica or DBT
- Deep understanding of Finance functions and FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
