What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage functional and technical systems expertise to drive solutions that meet department and organizational needs
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle, ensuring well-designed and efficient systems
- Collaborate with Finance Leaders and technology teams to establish a vision and roadmap for a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse along with financial reporting tools
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data transformation tools such as Informatica and DBT
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent education or experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major ERP vendors
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Deep understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
