What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to design and maintain a Finance Data repository
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle to ensure efficient system design
- Support the development of a roadmap for implementing Revenue and Expense Analytical solutions
- Analyze business and functional specifications and translate them into technical specifications
- Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft)
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT
- Good understanding of FP&A budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with users across Technology and Finance teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart and various Financial Reporting tools
- Knowledge of Dimensional Data Modeling
- Experience in implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with project management techniques and methodologies
